UPDATE [2-Dec-2017 10:30AM]:  All services, except the ODS/Cognos, have been restored.  Thank you for your patience.


UPDATE [2-Dec-2017 7:30AM]:  The upgrades are taking longer than expected.  All systems affected are still not available at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.


Banner systems will be unavailable starting at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, December 1 through Saturday, December 2 for the Banner Fall Upgrade and Luminis (aka Trailhead) upgrade to Oracle 12c.

Banner (Internet Native and Self-Service), Trailhead, ODS/Cognos, BDM, Travel and Expense Management, Workflow, e~Print, UC4 and BEIS will not be accessible during this time.  Services, except for the ODS/Cognos, will be started as soon as possible and are expected to be back online no later than 10:30 p.m. Friday, December 1.  Access to the ODS/Cognos will be restored as soon as the reload completes.
