Client and Web Services Support Staff

	Gina Boice, Client and Web Services Director Gina Boice is responsible for the management of all CWS teams, including the Department Support Team, Lab Team, and Web Team.
	Ed Zucker, Department Support Manager An avid cyclist who has completed Ride the Rockies eight times and the demanding Triple Bypass three times, Ed Zucker supervises the Academic and Administrative Department Support group inside CWS.
	Chris Burrows, Academic Department Support Chris Burrows comes to Mines after a five year computer-support stint with the FBI and a four-year tour in the U.S. Navy, where he was responsible for computers and servers aboard a Navy flagship.
	Richard Ferris, Lab Team Rich Ferris has worked in computer support at Mines for more than 25 years. He is a decent golfer.
	David Frossard, Web Team David Frossard helps manage various World Wide Web resources at Mines. An anthropologist by training, he has also taught classes for the Department of Liberal Arts and International Studies, the McBride Honors Program, and the Humanitarian Engineering Minor. He is currently faculty advisor for the Mines student chapter of Engineers Without Borders. He was a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines and in Zambia.
	Dan Kearney, Academic Department Support Dan joined the Mines team in 2011 and is a member of the Academic Department Support group. Dan's background includes IT work at CU-Boulder, NREL, Sprint Communications, and eight years in the US Army as both an enlisted soldier and a commissioned officer. Dan enjoys biking, hiking, travel, and motorcycling in his spare time.
	Ginny Lee, Cross-Team Support Ginny Lee has provided computer support at Mines since the mid-'90s. Her current duties include administration of various servers, management of the school web portal Trailhead, support for Mines Help Center, identity management, Banner, and many other projects and services. She is a former Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia and an award-winning cook and quilter. She likes avocados a lot.
	Skip Miller, Administrative Department Support Skip Miller worked in computer support at Metro State College in Denver before coming to Mines in 2003. He is an avid fan of jazz music and thinks Jason Moran is worth a listen.
	Jeff Norris, Lab Team Jeff Norris came to Mines from the University of Colorado (Denver) in 2010. He also supported computers for eight years at his alma mater, Virginia Tech University.
	Corey Parham, Lab Team Instructional Technologist Hired in 2011, Corey Parham is responsible for most of the audio-visual equipment in labs and computerized classrooms throughout the Mines campus. An Illinois native, he has many years' experience as an installer or project manager in the AV field.
	Terrill Reed, Lab Team Terrill Reed joined the CCIT family in 2011. He works in the Lab Team to create and maintain computer labs throughout campus. His interests include swimming and anything related to water. He also has a passion for pool and played on a pool league for many years. He is an identical twin.
	Frank Robertson, Customer Service Center Coordinator Frank Robertson joined Mines in 2003. Formerly with ATT/Mountain Bell and NASDAQ, Frank now coordinates operations between Department Support staff and Mines Help Center. His interests include hiking, climbing, big-game hunting, photography, vintage Hi-Fi, and driving his 17-year-old Jeep with eyes closed.
	Connie Schamaun, Web Team Connie Schamaun manages many aspects of Web services on campus and assists with Trailhead support. She has worked at Mines for more than 25 years. In her real life she has fun with four-wheeling, photography (mostly nature), music, reading, and various needlecrafts.
	Sara Schwarz, Manager, Classroom Technology Sara makes sure that lab computers work and have the requested software on them. (Get those software requests for next semester in early!)
	Jane Shiao, Academic Department Support Jane Shiao is secretly a comic-book superhero. Guess her super power.
