Ed Zucker at Independence Pass Ed Zucker, Client Services Manager
An avid cyclist who has completed Ride the Rockies ten times and the demanding Triple Bypass six times, Ed Zucker supervises the Academic and Administrative Department Support group inside CWS.

Jay Brake, Academic and Administrative Department Support
Jay has worked in information technology for over 18 years. He has worked at Ohio Northern University and Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America in Ohio. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, he served in the US Marine Corps for eight years. Jay also enjoys hiking, backpacking, and horseback riding in his spare time.

Chris Burrows comes to Mines after a five year computer-support stint with the FBI and a four-year tour in the U.S. Navy, where he was responsible for computers and servers aboard a Navy flagship.

Richard Ferris, Lab Team
Rich Ferris has worked in computer support at Mines for more than 25 years. He is a decent golfer.

David Frossard David Frossard, Web Team
David manages various web resources at Mines. An anthropologist by training, he has taught in the Liberal Arts and International Studies Department, the McBride Honors Program, and the Humanitarian Engineering Program. He has served as faculty advisor for various Mines student organizations, including the Engineers Without Borders/Bridges to Prosperity combined chapter, Engineers for a Better World, Amnesty International, the Oredigger, and the Ballroom Dance Club. He was a Peace Corps aquaculture volunteer in the Philippines and Zambia.

Chris Goscha, Lab Team Instructional Technologist
Chris supports audio-visual equipment throughout the Mines campus. He is a Colorado native who enjoys playing guitar, outdoor activities, and attending concerts.

Dan joined the Mines team in 2011 and is a member of the Academic Department Support group. Dan's background includes IT work at CU-Boulder, NREL, Sprint Communications, and eight years in the US Army as both an enlisted soldier and a commissioned officer. Dan enjoys biking, hiking, travel, and motorcycling in his spare time.
Ginny Lee Ginny Lee, Cross-Team Support
Ginny Lee has provided computer support at Mines since the mid-'90s. Her current duties include administration of various servers, management of the school web portal Trailhead, support for Mines Help Center, identity management, Banner, and many other projects and services. She is a former Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia and an award-winning cook and quilter. She likes giant mangoes a lot.
Jeff Loker

Jeff Loker, Academic and Administrative Department Support
Jeff joins Mines with 18 years of healthcare IT and 12 years of biopharmaceutical experience. He enjoys spending his spare time in the mountains.

Skip Miller Skip Miller, Academic and Administrative Department Support
Skip Miller worked in computer support at Metro State College in Denver before coming to Mines in 2003. He is an avid fan of jazz music and thinks Jason Moran is worth a listen.
Jeff Norris in his element Jeff Norris, Lab Team
Jeff Norris came to Mines from the University of Colorado (Denver) in 2010. He also supported computers for eight years at his alma mater, Virginia Tech University.
Corey Parham

Corey Parham, Lab Team Instructional Technologist
Hired in 2011, Corey Parham is responsible for most of the audio-visual equipment in labs and computerized classrooms throughout the Mines campus. An Illinois native, he has many years' experience as an installer or project manager in the AV field.

Terrill Reed joined the CCIT family in 2011. He works in the Lab Team to create and maintain computer labs throughout campus. His interests include swimming and anything related to water. He also has a passion for pool and played on a pool league for many years. He is an identical twin.

Frank Robertson

Frank Robertson, Customer Service Center Manager
Frank Robertson joined Mines in 2003. Formerly with ATT/Mountain Bell and NASDAQ, Frank now manages the CCIT Customer Service Center, manages the student consultants, and administers Mines Help Center software. His interests include hiking, climbing, big-game hunting, photography, and vintage Hi-Fi. He loves dogs, and hates monkeys. Frank recommends the music of Portuguese band Dead Combo.

Connie Schamaun Connie Schamaun, Web Team
Connie Schamaun manages many aspects of Web services on campus and assists with Trailhead support. She has worked at Mines for more than 25 years. In her real life she has fun with four-wheeling, photography (mostly nature), music, reading, and various needlecrafts.

Jane Shiao, cartoon superhero Jane Shiao, Academic and Administrative Department Support 
Jane Shiao is secretly a comic-book superhero. Guess her super power.
