Meet returned Peace Corps volunteers and a visitor from Namibia

10/25/17 4:30 PM - 10/25/17 5:30 PM

Peace Corps Prep logoMines Peace Corps Prep and the US Peace Corps present a very special campus event featuring our local Peace Corps recruiter, Cedar Wolf, and one of his former students from Namibia, southwest Africa, who has started his own development organization in the country. Talk about paying it forward!

This is a chance to talk with someone who met the Peace Corps as a host-country citizen. Is Peace Corps all they say it is? Hear the answer from someone whose life was changed dramatically by his contact with the organization.

Meet us Wednesday, Oct 25, in Berthoud Hall 243 for a close look at a Peace Corps success story.

For more information, contact David Frossard, Peace Corps Prep Coordinator, at dfrossar@mines.edu or 303.273.3449.

Event co-sponsored by Mines Without Borders, the Humanitarian Engineering Program, and the Office of Interanational Programs.
