Finding a Job on Campus
CSM departments list on-campus jobs on Diggernet. If your Financial Aid Award includes Colorado or Federal work study or you want to find a job on campus that doesn't require a work study award, you should log onto Diggernet.
The Career Center will contact you with your user name and password by mid-August. If you have questions, contact the Career Center at 303.273.3233.
CSM Departments that are looking for student help list available jobs on Diggernet, typically beginning mid-August. When you find a job that interests you, follow the instructions to apply for the job.
Once you're hired, you need to turn in your contract and employment forms to the Human Resources Office. Your contract is printable from your Trailhead account (Self Service > Financial Aid > Eligibility > Student Requirements). Click on the links at the bottom of this page to access the personnel forms you need to complete.
Students are paid on the 15th and the last working day of each month. Hours worked must be submitted through Web-Time Entry via Self-Service no later than the day following a paydate to be processed in time for the next paydate.
You must complete and submit paperwork to Human Resources so we know who you are and where you're working before your information can be added to payroll.
