You could fix the heads to the desired values along the fixed head boundary.

Or, you could make that a no-flow boundary and include a river along the center of the basin surrounded by high K material.

Or you could use a no-flow boundary with one low fixed head in the center and have a channel of high K material along the center of the basin.
