Head loss over 250' in K1
= 0.45'
Head loss over 250' in K2 = 4.55'
K1 must be x times K2 where:
x = 4.55 / 0.45 = 10.1
You can juggle the equation for Darcy's Law and Equivalent K
(harmonic mean of K1 and K2) as much as you want, but you will only ever be
able to determine the ratio of K1:K2 as 10.1:1.
With only heads for observations, K1 and K2 are completely
correlated, that is, any combination of K1 and K2 with a 10.1:1 ratio will yield
the same head distribution. Knowing more values of head will not improve your
plight.
