EMERGENCY / SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM

Notification Date: 8-29-19

To: Moly Building and Shops I Occupants 

From: Robert Lee, Office of Design and Construction

Emergency Contact Info: 303-263-0263

Outage Date and times:

Sept. 4,  from 5am to 9am

Sept. 6,  from 7am to noon

System(s) Involved: Water System and Moly Road                                            

Purpose: To install new fire hydrant at Shops I and new fire line at Moly Building driveway

Effect(s) on Occupants:

Sept 4:  No water available in both buildings during this time. Moly Road  between Shops I and Shops II will  be shut down during the outage.

Sept 6:  No water available in Shops I only. Partial shutdown of driveway to Moly Building and  Shops I. The contractor will do all they can to keep one lane of traffic open.

Also, the sidewalk near the Moly Building entrance may be closed for several days.

Please notify all personnel affected by this outage.  If this interruption of service creates an unmanageable problem, or you desire additional information, please call 303-384-2519.
