SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM

To: Student Center Occupants

Outage Date: March 8, 9 and 12, 2018

Outage Time: 5:30am - 3:00pm daily

Purpose: Preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment

System(s) Involved: Air handling units, exhaust fans, air compressors, air grills and diffusers.

Effect(s) on Occupants: Space temperature fluctuations, exhaust fans disabled (not kitchen), maintenance personnel in and out of spaces and cleaning of registers. Cooking will not be hampered.

Please notify all personnel affected by this outage.  If this interruption of service creates an unmanageable problem, or you desire additional information, please call 273-3330.
