EMERGENCY / SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM
Notification Date: August 9 2019
To: USGS Occupants

Outage Date: Aug. 12 until both elevators are completed.
Outage Time: 7:30 am to 5 pm
Purpose: Elevator modernization for BOTH Elevators, but ONE at a time.
Effect(s) on Occupants: Only ONE elevator will not be working at a time. Peak Elevator Service Company will be in the building every day for the next 6 weeks.
If the elevator that is working during the modernization goes down, please call Edward Brown at 562-572-5702 or call Facilities Management at 303-273-3330. Peak elevator Service is aware that during the elevator modernization project, they are to keep the other elevator operating at all times.
Please notify all personnel affected by this outage. If this interruption of service creates an unmanageable problem, or you desire additional information, please call 303-273-3330.
