UTILITY/SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM
Notification Date: December 5, 2017
To: USGS Occupants

Outage Date: December 29, 2017
Outage Time: 6:00am - 4:00pm
Purpose: Perform repairs on the main building transformer.
Effect(s) on Campus: There will be no power to the building. Lights and all electrical systems will go on and off without warning during the times listed above. Please make sure all computers, and equipment are turned off.
This will affect the heating systems. There will be no ventilation in the building during the listed time periods above.
There will be no blaster card access.
For public safety, no one will be allowed in the buildings from 6:00am - 4:00pm.
Please notify all personnel affected by this outage. If this interruption of service creates an unmanageable problem, or you desire additional information, please call 303-273-3312.
