UTILITY/SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM
Notification Date: January 26, 2018
To: Welcome Center Occupants

Outage Dates: January 27 – 28, 2018
Outage Time: For 2 days starting at 7:00am on January 27th and completed before 5:00pm on Jan 28th.
Purpose: To fix a leaking drain on the 3rd floor balcony/deck.
System(s) Involved: All work will be done on the exterior of the building. There will be contractors in and out of the building.
Effect(s) on Occupants: There will be loud construction noise transmitted through the building and there will be a smell of burning rubber. This smell is the hot waterproofing that is being applied.
To prepare for this maintenance activity you will need to:
• Be aware of noise and unusual smells
Please notify all personnel affected by this outage. If this interruption of service creates an unmanageable problem, or you desire additional information, please call 303-273-3330.
