Buffalo Bill's Grave & Museum (7/25/2010).
We drove up to Buffalo Bill's Grave & Museum on top of Lookout Mt.  The views on top of the mountain are awesome except for the large antennas. After visiting the grave we drove into Golden for Buffalo Bill Days. Today they had antique collector cars all along Washington Ave.

Colorado School of Mines (7/23/2010).
Well, here is a picure of the Guggenheim building on CSM's campus. The dome on the top is leafed in pure gold. The campus is very beautiful nestled between two messas (north and south table Mts.) and the front range (Mt. Galbraith, Mt. Zion, and Lookout Mt.). Everyone here is very polite, nice, and generally happy with life. It is a good sign for our new life here in Golden, CO.

New washer & dryer (7/22/2010).
Taresa and I have finally purshased our first major household appliance. We went all out on our first washer & dryer and bought the LG True Steam. It put us back a few clams but we absolutely love our new toys. We spent the first few days washing everything we own. Who thought laundry could be so much fun.

The move (posted 7/21/2010).
We finally made it!!! We now are located in Lakewood (CO) a few miles south of Golden. We have an awesome view of Denver and we are within walking distance of many good shopping centers and hiking trials. I am getting settled in at CSM, ording lots of expensive research equipment, and organizing my new office. I will be teaching chemical kinetics this fall. Taresa has been diligently unpacking the house and playing with our new steam washer & dryer.
Here is to new biginnings!!!
