Who Am I?
just the facts

I got my BS and MS from Wright State University in Dayton, OH and my PhD from University of Colorado, Boulder. My dissertation was an exploration of 4th and 5th-grade students' use of a visual programming language to create science models of ecosystems. I am currently a Teaching Professor at Mines, covering a variety of required and elective courses. My research interests include K-12 STEM education and computer science education.
