Deanna taught French at
University, High
School, and Junior High levels for over 30 years. She is
currently
team-teaching EPICS at CSM. Deanna works as a volunteer victim
advocate for the Boulder Sheriff's Department and teaches a course for
seniors on chronic disease self-management.
An accomplished
flutist and singer,
Deanna often performs chamber music in the Boulder area. She has
been a member of several choruses including the Colorado Symphony
Summer
Chorus at Aspen and Vail. She also has been performing in
musicals
since 1996. Deanna recently played Mother Superior in Nunsense and Mrs. Paroo in The Music Man at Jesters Dinner
Theatre in Longmont. She also recently participated in "5 Plays
in 5 Hours" at Nomads Theater in Boulder.
She completed improvisational theater training at the Bovine Metropolis
Theater.
