Biography
My name is Joseph Taglialegami, but most people call me Joey. I am in the Bechtel Fellow program, and I work with 1st, 3rd, and 5th grade students at FM Day Elementary in Denver,
Colorado. I am originally from Peralta, New Mexico and graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. For my senior project at UNM, I was the Brakes Team Lead of the 2011 Formula SAE race car team. At the Colorado School of Mines, I am studying Mechanical Engineering on the graduate level. I enjoy the outdoors and
have been hunting and fishing since I was very young.
