Kerri Hickenbottom

Ph.D. Candidate. B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Nevada, Reno, and M.S. in Environmental Engineering, Colorado School of Mines. My research focuses on investigating membrane performance and integration in advanced hybrid systems for energy recovery from low grade heat (closed loop osmotic heat engine), including mass transport through membranes, membrane fouling and scaling, membrane integrity, life cycle assessment, and techno-economical analysis. My research is funded by an EPA/STARR fellowship and by DOE/ARPA-e.
