Advanced Water Technology Center

Stephanie M. Riley

M.S. student. B.S. in biology, Newman University, Wichita, KS. My research is focused on biological and physical treatment of wastewater streams in the oil and gas industry. Specifically, I am developing hybrid systems for reclamation of produced water and fracturing flowback wastewater for potential reuse in the oil and gas industry, leading to sustainable use of water in the west. My research is funded by the NSF through the Sustainability Research Network and by DOE/RPSEA.
