UTILITY/SERVICE OUTAGE MEMORANDUM

Notification Date:  January 24, 2018

 

To: 1600 Jackson Occupants and Tenants

From: Facilities Management

Emergency Contact Info: Mike Willey 303-384-2078

 

Outage Date: Tentative – First or second week of February. Specific dates will be confirmed shortly and re-posted to occupants and tenants.

Outage Time: Approximately two weeks from start to finish.

Purpose: Replace failing elevator controls and power unit.

System(s) Involved: The building elevator.

 

Effect(s) on Occupants: The elevator will be out of service for the duration of this repair. If you have clients or customers with access issues and need to meet with them, please contact me and we can arrange a meeting space located on the first floor. While we realize this will be an inconvenience for building occupants, the result will be a reliable elevator in the building.
