I took the AP exam, how will my credits be applied?

I do not wish to accept some/all of my AP/IB/College credits. How do I deny my credit?

Please follow the instructions on the Transfer Credit Denial website.  Be aware that once credit has been denied, it cannot be returned after the first day of classes.

I took a college class while in high school. How do I receive credit?

Before any credit can be transferred, a transcript must be on file.  Additional information is located here.

I took a class for dual credit in high school that was also transcripted as college credit.  How do I ensure this credit transfers?

Not all dual enrollment classes are guaranteed to transfer.  To have your transcript evaluated for possible transfer credit, please follow the instructions here.

I took a college class through concurrent enrollment.  How will my credits be applied?

All guaranteed transfer courses, as well as course equivalency listings, can be found under Transfer Student Information.

How can I take a Challenge Exam to test out of a course?

Challenge Exams are by invitation only and an invite will be sent to your Mines email account should you qualify.  For more information, please refer to the Challenge Exam website.

When do I register?

Registration will begin over the summer.  Information will be communicated through your official Mines email account.
