Performance Management at Mines

For the upcoming 2024 Performance Management Cycle, we will be using Workday to facilitate the process. Please take a moment to review the information provided below to familiarize yourself with the updates and enhancements that will be implemented for the upcoming year.

Administrative Faculty

Administrative Faculty are Mines faculty who do not have an academic rank or title. They serve campus in positions that have been exempted from the State Personnel System.

Classified Staff

Classified employees are part of the Colorado State Personnel System. This system is governed by Colorado Law and the Partnership Agreement, and requires that candidates for such positions reside in Colorado.

  • Employee Self-Assessment: May 1 – May 22
  • Complete Self-Asssessment: May 22
  • Supervisor Review Completion; + 1 manager review; review conversations: May 22 – June 30
  • Closeout Review Process: July 12
  • Launch FY24-25 Goal Setting: August 15
