Supplemental Electronic Files

You may include as part of your supplemental electronic files any file that is a critical part of your thesis. This may include files containing laboratory measurements, other data, program source code, etc. Executable files and files with macros may not be included.

A list and description of all electronic files should be included in an AppendixPDF versionText only version in the back matter of the document. Include a paragraph broadly describing what is included as part of the supplemental electronic files and how these are related to the thesis. Also include a brief description of how the files/descriptions are organized in this Appendix.

There are no size restrictions on your electronic files, so you should upload all your supplemental files in ProQuest.

In the unlikely event that you need to send your files to ProQuest on a CD, you will need to:

1. Contact the OGS Student Services Team to let us know that you plan to mail files to ProQuest.

2. Upload your thesis in ProQuest and have your formating approved by OGS.

3.. Mail your CD to ProQuest (mail only after your thesis/dissertation has been approved) along with a printout of the information file that includes your name, school, dissertation/thesis title and submission ID. Mail these items to:
