Exercise Instructions

For these exercises, you will complete a job evaluation form while watching a video of a person performing a task that involves exposures to MSD risk factors. Your task is to identify the risk factors (click the check boxes) and potential body parts affected (click the desired area of the human figure).

When you finished the form, click the Answers tab to compare your answers with those given by an Ergonomist. Do not worry if your answers are not the same. Just click the Video tab to go back to the video and watch it again. Try to see the risk factors that the Ergonomist observed and to understand how those risk factors could affect the different body parts.

Click the Root Causes tab to see the underlining causes associated with the risk factors for this task.
