GC/HPLC
We have Agilent tools for both gas chromatography (GC) and high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) which are particularly useful for analysis of volatile and dissolved hydrocarbons, respectively. The latter has an autosampler and can be programmed to run up to 100 samples at a time. A number of detectors are in place including DAD based on UV/Vis absorption, RID which detects changes in refractive index, and a FLD sensor which is based on
fluorescence.
